Ball Transfer Units
A new addition to our range of manufactured products is the ball transfer unit. These units are used when a multi-directional handling system is required. 

The unit consists of a 7/8" hardened steel ball which runs on a bed of many smaller balls that are in turn housed in a hardened spherical cup. A felt seal is also fitted to keep out unwanted particle ingress.

 

The unit is capable of withstanding a maximum loading of 160 kgs.

FIXING INFORMATION

Fixing clips should be placed in a pre-drilled hole 36.5mm dia, Then the Ball Unit is inserted into the clip.
This enables the unit to be securely fixed in position without the need of special tools
